In honor of a refreshed NovelEats.com, as well as in honor of one of my most popular blog posts of all time, Mini Apple Pies, I’d like to give one lucky winner a few items to help them make mini “insert fruit or filling of choice here” pies. These are tools I absolutely love to have in my kitchen anyway no matter what’s on the menu.

Here’s the Measurement Equivalents Magnet – I refer to this ALL the time. I don’t always want to measure vegan butter by the cup – I’d rather just figure it out with tablespoons. This thing is incredibly handy if you don’t already have one.

I am in love with this Vic Firth French Rolling Pin – I recently got this for my birthday and I honestly don’t know how I lived without it before. It’s great for rolling out any type of dough.

I don’t actually own these white Emile Henry Miniature Pie Dishes, but I’d love to! I made my mini apple pies in a muffin pan, and you totally can, too. But why do that when you’ve got these adorable pans in your possession?
