Pyrex is supposed to work, although I am not sure about other glass dishes. We're actually looking into getting a Dutch oven because I don't know if what we are using is the best solution. It's a cheap metal pan that we got several years ago. It might be fine, but we shall see when we have the Dutch oven to compare! :)
