Hot & Humid Days = Homemade Vegan Ice Cream

I would have to say that my favorite flavor of ice cream would be a coconut-rasberry swirl with small chocolate bits. I love crunching on chocolate in my icecream. Also, the sourness of the rasberry would work really well against the sweet creamy coconut milk.

Sounds good to me and now’s the perfect time to grab some raspberries from the local farmers markets. Congratulations again!

Even though our summers have been mild in NYC, we’ve still had those occasional hot and sticky days that require a good dose of ice cream.
