Novel Eats

I don’t generally like salads, but I’ve decided to challenge myself to finding salads I like. Check out my first attempt, full of lentils, garbanzos and peppers!

I’m so in love with this udon noodle soup. It’s so much easier than I thought it would be to make, plus it reminds me of wonderful lunches and dinners at a few of my old favorite Asian restaurants.
